CALASETTA
located on the northern coast of the island of Sant’Antioco, it is the second largest city on the island with 2750 inhabitants.
It is known as "la bianca», for the prevailing color of the houses. The lime white is characteristic, the blue of the sky and the sea, and the green of the junipers on the beaches.

In the vicinity of the village
you can reach the three beautiful beaches: "Under the tower", walkable from the marina, and continuing westwards “Le Saline” and “Spiaggia Grande”. The beaches are of fine sand, with clear water and shallow water near the shore,therefore also ideal for children.

and the main street, "Via Roma" , swarms of young people strolling, sitting in bars or ice cream parlors. Concerts are held in Piazza Belly, festivals and folklore festivals to which the town and tourists always participate with joy. The shops stay open until late in the evening, and here you can buy typical items such as coral jewelry,fabrics and glass processing.

In summer, the marina offers a daily transfer service to Cagliari airport. The duration of the route is approximately 1 hour
It is also possible to reach Calasetta by public transport (bus / train + bus) which depart from Cagliari station located in Piazza Matteotti.
