INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

the Privacy Law (GDPR) requires us to provide information on the Processing of Data necessary for us to perform the Employment Agreement with the customer, to provide the requested services/products and for the activities connected to them.

For the Privacy Law:

a) We, Gest.Por.Tur. S.r.l. , we are Data Controllers;
b) The Client/User is the interested party, and has the rights and obligations which we explain to you below.

The Data Controller, whose data are indicated in the Introduction, will process the Data according to the principles of lawfulness, correctness, transparency, purpose limitation and retention, data minimization, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Our Company also believes through this website, in compliance with the most recent regulations and provisions on the protection of personal data, important to inform its users of the methods of processing personal data.

This privacy policy applies exclusively to the online activities of this site and is valid for visitors/users of the site.
It does not apply to information collected through channels other than this website. In compliance with the obligations deriving from national and Community legislation on the protection of personal data, This site respects and protects the privacy of visitors and users.

Treatment.

1.1. The Data Controller, whose data are indicated in the Introduction, will process the Data according to the principles of lawfulness, correctness, transparency, purpose limitation and retention, data minimization, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality.

a) fulfill, even before the conclusion of any contractual relationship, if requested by the Client, to the contract, or to specific requests made by you (Which, for example, to contact and to deliver the requested services/products, or to communicate that the requested services/products are ready/available);
b) fulfill obligations arising from any contractual relationship;
c) carry out commercial communications, sending instructions on new features of the software products we distribute, sending tax documents, sending information for software and hardware technical assistance via telephone, email, sms e fax;
d) to archive data and information on telephone technical interventions, telematics and at home carried out and/or requested by us.
e) fulfill administrative obligations, financial, accounting and/or tax;
f) fulfill any obligation established by law and/or an order from the Public Authority;
g) possibly, to assert or defend a right in court;
2.2. The Data Controller will process data of the following categories: Name, last name, tax data, address, email address, telephone number (or other type of contact).
2.3. The legal bases of the Processing are as follows, divided by categories of Data:
a) Identification data: consent of the interested party and/or need to fulfill the obligations referred to in points 2.1 a-e above;
b) Tax data: need to fulfill the obligations referred to in points 2.1 c-e above.
3. Processing methods
3.1. The data will come:
a) collected electronically and/or on paper;
b) recorded in digital format on computers and/or kept in paper archives in the exclusive availability of the Owner;
c) protected from the risk of destruction, edit, cancellation and unauthorized access through efficient physical security measures, logical and organizational;

d) further treated, also in paper form, to the extent and within the time strictly necessary to implement the purposes indicated above.
Communication to Recipients and Dissemination
4.1. The Data is possibly communicated to third-party Recipients (including PA or Judicial Authority) only to the extent strictly necessary in relation to the aforementioned purposes, or in any case for the sole fulfillment of the law or by order of the Authority.
4.2. The categories of Recipients are as follows:
a) subjects necessary for the execution of the connected activities and consequent to the execution of the Contract;
b) Persons in charge and persons authorized by the Data Controller who are committed to confidentiality or have an adequate legal obligation of confidentiality (es. employees and collaborators of the Owner);
4.3. The Owner may also have to communicate Data to fulfill legal obligations or to comply with orders from public authorities, including the judiciary.
4.4. The Data will not be disseminated.
5. Data Retention Period
5.1. The Data Controller keeps your Data for the minimum time necessary to achieve the Purposes referred to in point 2 and in any case no later than fifteen years.
6. Mandatory nature of data communication
6.1. Data communication is:
mandatory, regarding the execution of the contract or the fulfillment of legal obligations or orders from the Public Authority;
optional, regarding the other services you may request.
7. Consequences of refusing to communicate the Data
7.1. In case of refusal to communicate the personal data that may be necessary pursuant to the previous point 6.1 a), it will not be possible to fulfill the contract.
7.2. In case of refusal to communicate the personal data that may be necessary pursuant to the previous point 6.1 b), it may not be possible to fulfill the other services that may be requested.
8. Rights of the interested party
8.1. The interested party has the right to:
a) access your Data held by the Data Controller;
b) request its rectification and/or cancellation ("oblivion");
c) request the Limitation or oppose the Treatment;
d) request data portability;
e) lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority.
8.2. The interested party also has the rights pursuant to art. 7 of the Privacy Code not expressly mentioned above (that is, to obtain confirmation of the existence of Data concerning him and their communication in an intelligible form, the indication of their origin, the identification details of the data processors, the transformation into anonymous form of the Data or their blocking if processed in violation of the Privacy Law.

Consent.

With the use or consultation of this site, visitors and users explicitly approve this privacy policy and consent to the use of their personal data in relation to the methods and purposes described below.

Data collected and purpose
Like all websites, this site also makes use of log files in which information collected in an automated manner is kept during user visits. The information collected may be as follows:

The interested party also has the right to obtain:
a) the update, rectification or, when I saw there is interest, data integration;

b) the cancellation, the transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) the certification that the operations referred to in letters a) e b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.

Data Provided by Users
The data of users who use our services will be treated in compliance with current regulations and will not be transferred to any external company unless closely connected for tax administrative reasons within the limits of what is permitted by law.
